By accessing or using Ultiboard (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Ultiboard provides a tactical strategy board for ultimate frisbee coaches. You can create, save, and share strategy plays, diagrams, and notes.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the strategies and content you create on Ultiboard. By publishing a strategy to the public gallery, you grant Ultiboard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or to interfere with its operation.
6. Intellectual Property
The Ultiboard name, logo, and the Service itself are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultiboard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
